Our first original poster (left) lacked a lot of detail, and when getting feedback, we were told the pictures at the bottom didn't make any sense, or fit in with the other main pictures. The hair was also out of place as it was a lot longer than the little girls hair.
Taking all this into account, we researched in more detail into film posters, typically horror posters, and felt they have one main picture linking to the plot, and genre, rather than many different ones. We also added in names of cast, directors, producers etc. to make it more realistic.
We felt the font we used was a stereotypical for a poster. And our production logo in the bottom made it more realistic.
