Hardware/Software

The hardware we will be using is the canon camera which we have previously used, the effects you can do on the camera is change the lighting with white balance and zoom in and out to get different shot types. Another piece of equipment we will be using is the tripod. We will use this when we need a steady shot which is not achievable by hand. The final piece we will use is the boom mike this is a new piece of equipment we haven't used before and will be useful when needing a  quiet surrounding and only wanting to hear the dialogue.

The software we are using is Final Cut Express, this is a new software as we used imovie HD previously. This software has more effects and will give us a better chance at adding different effects and edits in the footage. Also we will be using photoshop to create the posters and magazine articles to go with the film. This will help us edit different photos and bring them together to show what happens in our film. Finally we will be using the blogs to record all our work and our progress with our coursework as we go along with the task.
